STEP
ONE : Determine proper bracket placement
- Find the pre-existing holes equally spaced on
the pinch weld.
- Insert 5/16" U-Nut into hole, so bracket
bolt can be threaded.
- Drop5/16" bolt through stiffener plate and
pinch weld hand tight both sides of the plate.
- On the first bracket the plate must sit on the
angled section of the rocker panel, It bolts the
same as the other three brackets.
STEP
TWO :Loosely attach brackets to stiffener plates

Using an 5/16" bolt, bolt
from the outside in through the plate and bracket
hand tightening so it can slide up and down.
- Take another bolt and insert through top slot of
bracket and slot In stiffener plate and into the
U-nut, hand tighten.
- Place board on brackets allowing support bolts
to fall through slots in brackets, Slide in and
out to desired location and tighten using the
flange nuts that are provided
STEP
THREE : Securing stiffener plate to vehicle
- On the side of the plate without the bracket you
will need to tec screw through the plate and into
the rocker panel, repeat on all brackets.
- Push board tight against vehicle and tighten all
bolts. Check that all brackets are tight before
stepping on boards.
