STEP
ONE: Determine proper bracket placement
- On the inside of the rocker panel are 4 sets of
4 holes.
- Place a u-nut over two of holes either the right
or left side.
STEP
TWO: Loosely bolt brackets to vehicles
- Bolt the brackets on by hand tightening the
lower bolt, washer and nut first.
- Place the running board on the brackets with the
support Bolts falling through the slots in the
foot of the bracket
- Hand tighten the board to the brackets using
5/16" lock nuts
- Slide board in or out to desired location
- Tighten down lock nuts under running board
STEP
THREE: Tighten brackets
- Push board tight against vehicle and tighten
bolts Fig
- Check that all brackets are tight
before stepping on boards.
